What kind of chocolate do you use? Maybe it&#039;s coming from the flour I used, i&#039;m gluten intelorant so I used chickpea flour instead of normal wheat flour.</description>

		<description>I have made this for an Italian wine tasting. It was better that I could have even imagined. I made a 4x mix and made it in a 1/2 sheet pan, it took about an hour and a half to bake but after cooling for about a half hour it was easy to flip and invert. EXCELLENT!!!!!!!! Will definately make this again.</description>
