I did have another occasion, just last weekend, on which to make this dessert. After all, what says "Peruvian Independence" more clearly than red and white striped jello? We missed out on the excitement of un-molding since it just plopped right out this time, but people again enjoyed the spectacle and, to their surprise, the taste.
