Leftovers
How to recycle your leftovers
Here at Food in the Fort, we love to experiment with recipes and try unusual cooking techniques, but we also believe in embracing leftover food to create new flavors and combinations.
If you love to cook and you often host big family meals or dinner parties, rather than throwing out any leftovers, why not mix them together to make a brand new meal? If you receive e-mail alerts from your favorite websites, whether it’s from Cheeky Bingo, The Food Channel or your favorite cooking blogs, but you cannot seem to find anything inspirational on them, why not have a look at the fun recipes below?

- Vanilla or coffee ice cream
Method
- Soak the sponge fingers in the espresso and closely place several fingers at the bottom of a freezable container to create a base layer.
