<p><u><strong>Quick&#8217;N'Easy Creamy Peanut Sauce</strong></u><br />
<strong>Ingredients</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1/4 cup peanut butter</li>
<li>1/4 cup plain yogurt, sour cream or mayonnaise<br />
(use what sounds good to you, or what you&#8217;ve got in your fridge)</li>
<li>1 tbsp. lemon juice</li>
<li>1 tsp. soy sauce</li>
<li>1/2 tsp. sugar</li>
<li>1/2 tsp. ground ginger</li>
<li>1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preparation</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Simply whisk everything together. It couldn&#8217;t get any easier! This will keep in the fridge for several days.</li>
